Water & Glycol Pumps
Bell & Gossett’s complete line of in-line and base-mounted centrifugal pumps and circulators can handle virtually any HVAC requirement. The pumps are engineered for exceptional performance and rugged durability. They are designed for easy maintenance and to be highly energy efficient. The pumps provide reliable operation in a variety of applications, including hydronic heating and cooling systems, industrial, refrigeration, cooling towers and irrigation. All B&G pumps are manufactured at an ISO 9001- approved facility.
The new standard in close-coupled general service pumps. The all new stainless steel Series 3530 pump is available in 1″, 1-1/4” and 1-1/2” sizes. 1/2 HP through 5 HP at 3500 RPM. Flows to 170 GPM and heads to 155 feet.
Hoffman™ HBF horizontal boiler feed unit provides engineered reliability for precise water level control in modern steam boilers. Units are supplied in 50, 100 and 200 gallon steel receiver sizes, with gauge glass assembly, mechanical make up valve and with HoffGuard™ corrosion resistance coating for longer life. Pumps are the system proven, close coupled, centrifugal pump with bronze impeller, renewable bronze wearing ring, carbon ceramic/mechanical seal rated to 250 degree and cast iron housing. Motors are vertically mounted drip proof ball bearing design with built in overload protection and stainless steel shafts. Pumps are controlled by a dedicated pump control on the boiler (available as optional) responding to water level change in the boiler. This maintains optimum steaming level in the boiler for maximum performance and safety. Receivers have provisions for simplex or duplex pumps. Applications include residential, commercial, and industrial steam heating and processing, dry cleaning plants, chemical refineries, wood pulp and paper processing, textile mills, and manufacturing facilities.
Condensate return units for systems up to 150,000 sp. Ft. EDR. Receivers sized from 6 – 250 gallon (23 – 946 liters).
The cast iron receiver includes a 20 year warranty against corrosion. CC units are available in either simplex or duplex design. Receivers have a low height NPT inlet for easy return line piping and a separate NPT overflow that can be used as a secondary vent. All simplex units include a two pole float switch.
Duplex units include float switches (a mechanical alternator is available). All pumps are bronze fitted with bronze case wear rings and stainless steel shafts. Pumps are available in 3500 or 1750 RPM.
